Moarrr RP

Oh how I want to ask for more narrative RP for all my characters.. I do, I do! Even if I still have some left to resply to (especially on Nicky as I'm still having trouble writing him). I know, or at least know of, a lot of great narrative RPers and I still haven't found a way to bring some of our characters together. Which truly is a shame..

In addition, I think my wrist is pissed at me. I decided to fuck it last night and responded to some of my pms while idly following the US election via some lousy CNN live feed. And now it's hurting more than it did last night. Strangely it doesn't hurt while I type, though, so I'm not quite sure what's going on or what exactly it is that caused this..

Oh well.

Despite being slow from time to time and taking breaks from RPing (especially when it comes to my more challenging characters), I've grown very attached to each and every puppet of mine. They are a way of doing what I love; writing.

I'd say usually the blog is filled with my aimless rambling, whining, and such, but even the complete OOC ones are usually somehow related to my RP - or the lack thereof. All important updates regarding my chars are definitely posted here rather than writing separate OOC blogs in the game.

..roleplay.

I'm a sucker for narrative RP, there's no question about that. Past tense, present tense, long ones, short ones; I'm in. I do occasionally enjoy the *action* based RP too - especially on those nights when I'm feeling particularly lazy. But for me, narrative RP is a way to get even deeper into the character, a way to play what's going on in the character's heads too rather than depicting only the physical actions.

Though I do try to make compromises and adapt to which ever style my RP partners prefer. Unless I have the chance to convince people to pick up narrative RP, of course..
